These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the sale, design, and remodeling services ("Services") provided by Hairlarious Barber Beauty & Hair{location.name}} ("we," "our," or "the Company") to the customer ("Customer," "you," "your"). By entering into a project agreement with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

1.1 Services: Includes consultation, design, remodeling, and installation services provided by the Company.

1.2 Project: Refers to the scope of work agreed upon between the Customer and the Company.

1.3 Property: The residential or commercial property where the remodeling work is performed.

2. Project Agreement

2.1 Consultation and Quote:

The Company provides an initial consultation and project quote based on the information shared by the Customer. The quote may vary based on design changes or unforeseen requirements.

2.2 Payment Terms:

Basement Finish we don't require a deposit; however we do bill out twice a month and some trades might require a deposit and so at that time we will require a deposit, and the balance must be paid according to the agreed-upon payment schedule detailed in your contract.

A 70% deposit is required to confirm your project and schedule for any project that is cabinets and or flooring only. The balance must be paid according to the agreed-upon payment schedule detailed in your contract.

2.3 Changes to Scope:

Any modifications to the original project scope requested by the Customer may result in additional fees, which will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before proceeding.

2.4 Warranty:

The Company offers a 1 year warranty for all workmanship. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors unrelated to the work performed.

3. Design and Material Selection

3.1 Design Approval:

The Customer is responsible for reviewing and approving the final design plan before work begins. Any delays in approval may impact the project timeline.

3.2 Material Selection:

The Company provides recommendations for materials. Final material selections must be made by the Customer by the specified deadline to avoid delays.

3.3 Material Availability:

While we strive to source materials as per the approved design, substitutions may be necessary due to availability issues. Any changes will be communicated to and approved by the Customer.

4. Project Execution

4.1 Site Access:

The Customer must ensure the property is accessible and free from obstructions for the duration of the project. Any delays caused by restricted access may result in additional charges.

4.2 Timelines:

While we strive to complete projects within the agreed timeframe, timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, material delays, or additional work requested by the Customer.

4.3 Customer Responsibilities:

The Customer must provide accurate information regarding the property and their project expectations. Any failure to do so may result in delays or additional fees.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation Policy:

After this period, cancellations may be subject to administrative or material fees.

5.2 Refunds:

Refunds for work already completed or materials purchased are not available. Refunds for unused portions of the project will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refer to your signed contract.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Company’s Liability:

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms and Conditions is limited to the signed contract.

6.2 Force Majeure:

The Company will not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or labor strikes. Refer to your signed contract.

7. Customer Responsibilities

7.1 Proper Use:

Once the project is complete, the Customer agrees to use the space responsibly and in accordance with any guidelines provided.

7.2 Maintenance:

The Customer is responsible for maintaining the completed work as per the provided instructions. Warranty claims arising from lack of maintenance will not be honored.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the GB. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of GB.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be communicated directly or posted on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these changes.
