A. We are in Camden, London. You will see this reflected in our community feel and studio style.

Booking & appointments

Q: How do I book?

A: Use the Book buttons on the site to choose a service or browse by category.

Q: Can I book multiple services on the same day?

A: Yes. We often pair a cut with beard work, or add brows or a facial. We will sequence the services for best results.

Q: Do you take walk-ins?

A: If there is space, yes. Booking ahead is recommended.

Q: How far in advance should I book?

A: Peak times and colour or aesthetics fill faster; weekdays are usually more flexible.

Q: What if I need to reschedule?

A: Use your confirmation link or contact us and we will move your appointment.

Barbering

Q: Which barber services do you offer?

A: Skin fades, classic scissor cuts, clipper over comb, hot towel shaves and precision beard shaping.

Q: Do you offer a traditional Turkish hot towel shave?

A: Yes. Expect steam, hot towels and razor work for a clean, comfortable finish.

Q: Can you handle coarse, curly or very thick hair?

A: Yes. We cut to growth pattern, density and lifestyle so the shape holds.

Q: How long does a standard cut take?

A: Typically 30 to 45 minutes. Longer for major changes.

Q: Do you shape beards and moustaches?

A: Yes. From clean edges to full reshapes, tailored to your face shape.

Beauty & aesthetics

Q: Which beauty treatments do you offer?

A: Advanced facials including CACI microcurrent face lifting, microneedling RF and dermaplaning, plus brows, microblading, electrolysis and precision waxing.

Q: What is CACI microcurrent face lifting?

A: A gentle microcurrent treatment that helps tone facial muscles and improve skin firmness with no downtime. Results build over a course, then are maintained with top-ups.

Q: How is microneedling RF different from standard microneedling?

A: It adds controlled radiofrequency for deeper collagen stimulation to improve texture and firmness.

Q: Is dermaplaning safe for all skin types?

A: It suits most skin types and removes peach fuzz while smoothing texture. We avoid active breakouts.

Q: Do you offer electrolysis for permanent hair removal?

A: Yes. It targets individual follicles for permanent results over a series of sessions and suits all hair and skin colours.

Q: Do I need a consultation or patch test?

A: Required for services such as tinting, microblading and micropigmentation. We will confirm timing at booking.

Q: How should I prepare for a skin treatment?

A: Arrive with clean skin and pause strong actives like retinoids and acids for a few days unless advised otherwise.

Q: What is the downtime after facials, microneedling RF or CACI?

A: CACI has no downtime. Microneedling RF may cause mild redness for 24 to 48 hours. Aftercare will be provided.

Q: How does microblading work and how long does it last?

A: We map, numb and create fine hair-like strokes. A perfecting top-up follows healing. Longevity varies by skin and aftercare.

Q: What are Definition Brows?

A: A tailored brow treatment using shaping, tint and styling to create clean, balanced brows.

Q: Can I combine treatments on the same day?

A: Often yes, for example a facial with brows. Some combinations, such as certain skin treatments with microblading, are better spaced. We will plan the order for best results.

Q: Do you use professional products?

A: Yes. We select high-quality, skin-friendly products and tailor them to your needs.

Q: Are treatments suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

A: Some are, some are not. Tell us when you book and we will advise safe options and timing.

Q: What aftercare will I receive?

A: Clear, simple guidance for your treatment, plus product tips to support results at home.

Q: Which languages do you speak for Beauty and Aesthetics?

Q: What hair services do you offer?

A: Cuts, colour, blow-dries and treatments tailored to your texture, tone and routine.

Q: Do you work with all hair types and textures?

A: Yes. We cut and colour across a full range of hair types and will advise on techniques and care for your hair.

Q: Can I book a restyle or big change?

A: Absolutely. Book a restyle so we have the right time for consultation and finish.

Q: Do you offer colour corrections?

A: Yes. We will assess your hair in person and plan a safe, staged approach where needed.

Inclusivity & accessibility

Q: Do you welcome disabled and neurodivergent clients?

A: Yes. For access details or assistance on arrival, let us know when you book and we will do our best to accommodate.

Q: How should I care for my new countertops, cabinets, and flooring?

A: We’ll provide you with care instructions specific to the materials you choose, but we’re always here if you have questions down the road.

Q: What if something goes wrong after the remodel?

A: Yes. Ask for a calm slot and we will do our best to arrange it.

Q: What is your service philosophy?

A: Quality over quantity. We take the time to consult properly, work cleanly and deliver a finish that holds. Clients should feel seen, valued and confident.

A: We use professional-grade products chosen for performance and skin or hair health. Your specialist will recommend aftercare suited to you.

Q: How do you handle feedback?

A: We welcome it. Tell us during or after your visit and we will put it right.

Pricing & payment

Q: Where can I see prices?

A: Prices are listed on our service pages and in the booking flow. If a service needs a custom quote, we will confirm it before you book.

Q: Do you run offers or referrals?

A: From time to time we collaborate locally and run referral perks. Follow our socials or ask in the studio.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: Most major cards and contactless. Cash is accepted. Receipts available on request.

Aftercare

Q: Will I get aftercare advice?

A: Yes. You will receive clear guidance for your cut, colour or treatment and product tips to support results at home.

Q: How often should I come back?

A: Skin fades every 2 to 3 weeks, classic cuts every 4 to 6, colour and aesthetics as advised by your specialist.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: Most major cards and contactless. Ask if you need an alternative.

A: We are a short walk from Mornington Crescent Underground with bus and rail links nearby. Paid street parking and local car parks are within walking distance.
